Set in one of the UK’s most beautiful woodland locations, Delamere Forest is a peaceful retreat where guests come to relax, recharge and reconnect with nature. Our Forest Retreat building is the hub of the location – home to reception, a shop, bar and restaurant – and the place where great food helps create memorable holiday moments.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational excellence across the location, ensuring that every guest’s visit is unique, seamless, and memorable.
- Lead and inspire a large operational team to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, from guest experience to administration, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Manage budgets and drive revenue, balancing financial success with the highest operational standards.
- Champion health & safety, embedding a strong culture of care across the team.
- Develop and coach your team, delivering training, guidance, and performance support to unlock their full potential.
- Ensure site excellence, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and presentation to the highest standards.
- Listen, respond, and innovate based on guest feedback, continuously elevating the Forest Holidays experience.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Senior management experience, ideally overseeing large operational teams
- Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills
- Proven budget and P&L management experience
- Experience in outdoor or hospitality environments desirable
- Commitment to sustainability and responsible tourism
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to make a real impact
