About the Cook role: As the Cook, you’ll play an important role in delivering warm, welcoming food to guests throughout their stay. Working from our menu and specifications, you’ll prepare and cook dishes with care, ensuring they are presented to a high and consistent standard. Our on‑site Cooks play a key role in putting the finishing touches to our dishes, helping deliver a smooth kitchen service while keeping our food quality and standards high for our guests. Our kitchen can be fast‑paced during busy holiday periods, but it’s also a supportive team environment where attention to detail, organisation and pride in your work make all the difference. Alongside preparing food, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised kitchen, ensuring food safety standards and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
