Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Café Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for providing prompt, high-quality service in our café while maintaining the elevated standards expected in a private club setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take and prepare food and beverage orders (coffee drinks, light meals, grab-and-go items)
- Accurately process orders using POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café area
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory monitoring
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
Requirements
- Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
