Forest Hall School in Stansted Mountfitchet, part of a multi-academy trust, seeks a combined HR lead and executive PA across its two sites. The post covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and safer recruitment to payroll, absence and employee relations, alongside diary, meeting and governance support for the Executive Headteacher. Its blend of operational HR and senior executive assistance sets it apart, with the role working closely with the Trust HR team. What the job involves
- Lead day-to-day HR functions across both schools
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and safer recruitment compliance
- Oversee payroll administration and workforce records
- Manage absence, employee relations and performance processes
- Ensure HR practices are compliant and efficient, working with the Trust HR team
- Act as Personal Assistant to the Executive Headteacher, managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Headteacher
- Organise governance and leadership meetings, including papers for governors
- Coordinate strategic priorities across both schools
- Act as first point of contact for stakeholders
- Support employee wellbeing and school improvement projects

- Experience as an HR professional
