Founded in 1889, Forest Green Rovers is a football club with a rich history, but we are always working to be at the forefront of something new. FIFA have described us as the greenest football club in the world, it is certainly true that no other football club in the world has put the environment at the heart of what it does, and embedded into its DNA like we have.
We’re the only club in the world to have EMAS accreditation – the gold standard of environmental management – and we’re the first and only vegan football club in the world. Our aim is to be in the Championship within the next five years – and we’re planning to build a stadium to match those ambitions, too, it has been designed by Zaha Hadid, and would be the only stadium in the world made entirely of wood.
As a valued member of the team you will be supporting the Group Environmental policy and its associated targets to make the Green Britain Group net carbon neutral by 2025.
The fast moving nature of the company's business means that from time to time you may be asked to perform duties or tasks outside of your original job description on an ad hoc basis. This allows the company to use its people in the best possible way at all times and helps the employees to make their contribution in a changing environment.
Forest Green Rovers is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to providing equality for all.
