Forest Green Rovers Football Club is seeking an Academy Manager to oversee the day to day management of the relevant academy phase, work with phase coaches to plan, deliver and evaluate sessions in line with the academy coaching philosophy and curriculum, and create age and phase appropriate training programmes.
You will coordinate MDT support for training and matchdays, link player performance reviews to learning outcomes, assist in recruitment for the phase and support personal development
