About The Role Responsible for the day to day management of the relevant academy phase Work with phase coaches to plan, deliver and evaluate sessions in accordance with the FGRFC Academy coaching philosophy and curriculum Create and delivery age, phase and individually appropriate training programme Be proactive in the creation and delivery of a U15/16's game programme.

Co-ordinate MDT support for both training and matchdays Link player performance reviews to the learning outcomes of the academy coaching programme and present these during player/parent review meetings as per club guidelines.
