You'll help customers across phone, live chat, text and email with everything from product questions and order updates to delivery bookings. You'll be the friendly voice that keeps customers informed and makes sure every contact is resolved properly.
The role is 16 hours a week, worked between 08:30 and 17:00, Thursday and Friday
What you'll do
Answer customer calls, live chats, texts and emails across our brands
Help customers with product questions, orders and delivery bookings
Keep customers updated on their order and resolve issues first time where possible
Record every contact accurately on our systems
Pass complaints and complex cases to the right team
Spot sales opportunities and pass on leads
What you'll bring
Experience in a customer service role, ideally on the phone
A friendly, patient manner and clear communication
Good organisation and attention to detail
Good IT skills and comfort working across several systems
Clear written English for chat and email
It would be great if you also have
Experience in a contact centre or e-commerce business
An interest in gardens, DIY or home improvement
Experience of 8x8 or a similar contact centre system
