The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Director / Senior Account Director to join Forest Colard at a pivotal moment of growth. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can operate as a trusted client partner, commercial lead and strategic voice across the agency. You’ll oversee a portfolio of key accounts, lead senior client relationships and play a central role in driving new business and organic growth. As a strategic consultant to clients and a close partner to the CEO, you’ll ensure work is culturally relevant, strategically sound and commercially effective, while helping shape the future direction of the agency. You’ll have meaningful influence over client strategy, revenue growth, pitching, team development and agency culture, with the opportunity to leave a real mark on the business as it scales.

- Financial and commercial responsibilities
- Own financial performance across your account portfolio
- Manage budgets, scopes, forecasts and profitability
- Identify opportunities to optimise commercial structures and ways of working
- Partner with leadership to ensure sustainable growth and margin health
- Contribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance reviews
- Business development and growth
- Drive organic growth within existing accounts
- Lead and support new business efforts, including outbound opportunities
- Partner with the CEO on agency growth strategy and pipeline development
- Lead pitch development and presentations, from strategy to close
- Act as a senior ambassador for Forest Colard externally
- Identify opportunities to evolve the agency’s offering and positioning
