As a Consultant Solicitor with Forest & Co, you will:
- Manage your own client relationships and caseload independently
- Provide expert legal advice in your chosen practice area(s)
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and firm policies
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Develop and grow your client base, with the firm’s support where needed
- Collaborate with colleagues when beneficial, while maintaining autonomy
We are seeking solicitors who:
- Are qualified and practising in England & Wales (SRA regulated)
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE (guideline) with strong expertise in their practice area
- Possess an existing client following or the ability to generate new work
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Are self-motivated, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality legal services
