Forest Care Selection are currently working with an established provider of a range of Children and Young People services. This innovative provider has commissioned a new 2 bedded residential childcare setting and is seeking a Children Home Manager to oversee the running of this new service.

The Children Home Manager in Northamptonshire will:

  • Oversee the running of a new residential childcare setting and ensure its compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train and develop a staff team to provide the highest standards of care and support to Children and Young People.

The Children Home Manager in Northamptonshire will need:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People services or willingness to work towards.
  • 2 years supervisory or management experience at deputy or registered manager level within a residential childcare setting.
  • Effective knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations 2015, Quality Standards and safeguarding legislation.
