Forest Care Selection is working with an established, growing provider of care and nursing home services across the UK.
As the organisation continues to expand, they are looking to appoint a Regional Support Manager to support a portfolio of homes across the South East.
The Regional Support Manager will
- Support home managers with improvement, turnaround and development projects under the direction of the senior leadership team.
- Provide interim management cover during home manager annual leave, absence or periods of transition.
- Work flexibly across a wide South East geography, with overnight stays as required.
The Regional Support Manager will need
- Extensive nursing home management experience, with a proven track record of improving care and nursing homes to Good ratings.
- A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification, or an equivalent leadership qualification.
- Ideally, nurse qualification with an active PIN, although this is not essential.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £75,000, alongside a competitive benefits package and genuine progression opportunities.
