SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICE MANAGER – NORTH HAMPSHIRE – £UP TO 35,000 PLUS BENEFITSForest Care Selection have a unique opportunity for a Supported Living Service Manager for a unique provider in the North Hampshire area.This role will oversee the organisations supported accommodation and will not hold registration.The Service Manager in North Hampshire will :Lead the supported accommodation service ensuring all strategic and operational objective are achieved.Support the registered manager with adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.Oversee a team of support supervisors and ensure they are effectively trained, motivated and resourced to deliver the highest standards of care and support.The Service Manager in North Hampshire will need :Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards.Experience of working with individuals in a Supported Living setting and at a leadership level.Proficient IT Skills including MS Office.The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of up to £35,000 and the opportunity to work with an innovative care and support provider.Please direct interest to Mark Stevens at Forest Care Selection
