Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading local charity delivering support to individuals with a Learning Disability or Mental Health need. This established charity is seeking a Registered Manager for their Good rated small specialist residential care setting in the North Dorset area.

The Registered Manager in North Dorset will:

  • Oversee the running of an established Good rated service.
  • Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the senior management team on a development plan for the service.
  • Oversee an existing staff team and ensure they are effectively resourced, trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of person centred care.

The Registered Manager in North Dorset will need:

  • Experience of holding registration for a Learning or Physical Disability service and developing these services and driving improvements.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits including:
