REF 101 REGISTERED MANAGER SPECIALIST MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE WITH NURSING CROYDON AREA - 70,000 BASE SALARY + BONUS GOOD RATED AND WELL ESTABLISHED SERVICE

Forest Care Selection are currently working with a specialist provider of Mental Health and ABI services. This innovative provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to join them and oversee their well established and Good rated Mental Health Care and setting in the Croydon area. The service offers a specialist residential care and nursing to individuals with complex Mental Health needs.

The Registered Manager in Croydon will:

  • Oversee the running of an established residential care and ensure continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead an established staff team and ensure the team are effectively trained, motivated and resourced to provide the very highest standards of care.
  • Be conversant with the Mental Health Act 1983 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

The Registered Manager in Croydon will need:

  • Experience of holding registration for a Mental Health service or complex nursing service.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience of managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams.

The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of 70,000 plus benefits.
