REF 114 – NURSING HOME MANAGER – PETERBOROUGH AREA - £ TO 80K BASE SALARY - GOOD RATED AND WELL ESTABLISHED CARE AND NURSING HOME Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider with operations across the South. This provider is seeking a Home Manager for their well-established, purpose-built and Good rated home in the Peterborough area. The Home Manager in Peterborough will: • Ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. • Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care. • Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families. • Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home. • Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place. The Home Manager in Peterborough will need to have: • Experience of leading care and/or nursing home settings to Good outcomes with CQC. • Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification. • Effective communication and IT skills. • Experience of developing large care and nursing home settings and holding registration.
