Forest Care Selection are currently working with a specialist provider of Mental Health and ABI services. This innovative provider has an opportunity for a Nursing Home Manager to join them and oversee their newly commissioned specialist nursing home in the Dartford area.

The Nursing Home Manager in Dartford will:

  • Oversee the running and commissioning of this newly refurbished service.
  • Lead a staff team and ensure the team are effectively trained, motivated and resourced to provide the very highest standards of care.
  • Be conversant with the Mental Health Act 1983 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

The Nursing Home Manager in Dartford will need:

  • Experience of holding registration for a Mental Health service or residential care/nursing service and ideally commissioning or opening new services.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Leading services to Good ratings.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience of managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams.

The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of 65,000 plus benefits.
