Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative charitable provider of a range of services for Adults and Children with a Learning Disability across London. This provider is seeking a registered manager to oversee a 12 bedded service.

The registered manager in Kensington will:

  • Oversee an established service with established staff team and Team Managers.
  • Work with the local management teams to ensure the services deliver outstanding care and support services.
  • Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Hold registration with the CQC for the service.

The Registered Manager in Kensington will need:

  • Experience of holding registration for Learning Disability services.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • PBS qualification or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • Ability to travel between services.
  • Respite experience preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits including:
