Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative charitable provider of a range of services for Adults and Children with a Learning Disability across London. This provider is seeking a registered manager to oversee a 12 bedded service.
The registered manager in Kensington will:
- Oversee an established service with established staff team and Team Managers.
- Work with the local management teams to ensure the services deliver outstanding care and support services.
- Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Hold registration with the CQC for the service.
The Registered Manager in Kensington will need:
- Experience of holding registration for Learning Disability services.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- PBS qualification or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Ability to travel between services.
- Respite experience preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits including:
