Forest Care Selection are currently working with an established independent provider who are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee their residential care home with a Dementia specialism in the Hove area. This provider is seeking to appoint a Registered Manager to continue to develop the home which enjoys full occupancy and staffing levels. This is a unique opportunity to join an independent provider and lead the further development of this established home with full autonomy and support from the directors as required. This provider is seeking a care home manager who is keen to lead and develop the home and utilise their skills and experience to take this established home forward with a great foundation and support network to draw upon.

The Registered Manager in Hove will need:

  • Experience of holding registration for Elderly care or nursing home settings.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Ideally experience in a Dementia specialist setting.
  • Good organisational and staff management skills.
  • The drive and motivation to run an established home with full autonomy.
