Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider of care and nursing home settings for the Elderly and individuals with Dementia. This quality focused provider operates a unique model of care and is seeking a Head of Clinical Practice to further develop and maintain strong clinical practice across its diverse portfolio of homes.

The Head of Clinical Practice will:

  • Implement a clinical governance framework across the organisation.
  • Support the roll out and development of the organisations model of care.
  • Participate in company level risk management committee.
  • Identify mobility and nutrition strategies for residents to consistently support resident wellbeing.
  • Produce reports including input to board and investor reports.
  • Run monthly clinical governance meetings.
  • Assess the clinical performance of nurse managers and clinical staff.

The Head of Clinical Practice will need:

  • RGN qualification with active PIN.
  • Significant experience in nursing home leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Enhanced IT skills including proficiency in MS Office and experience with a variety of care management software.

Successful candidates will enjoy:

  • Competitive base salary to £80,000
  • £5,000 car allowance.
