Forest Care Selection is working with an established provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a specialist nursing home supporting people with learning and physical disabilities in the Farnham area.

As Registered Manager, you will

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of an established service, keeping quality, compliance, recruitment, training and administration on track.
  • Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, local partners and wider stakeholders.
  • Use audits, action plans and quality checks to drive continuous improvement across the service.
  • Lead, develop and motivate an experienced team to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care.

To be considered, you will need

  • Experience holding CQC registration within a residential care or nursing home setting.
  • A track record of improving or maintaining Good-rated services.
  • Experience leading learning disability, autism or complex care services would be advantageous.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care, or an equivalent leadership qualification.
