Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability. This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their residential care and supported living services in the Evesham area.
The Registered Manager in Evesham will:
- Lead established staff teams across multiple sites.
- Hold registration for a registered care setting.
- Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Implement person centred support across the services.
The Registered Manager in Evesham will need:
- Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care.
- Experience of leading care and support teams.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC fundamental standards.
- Ideally held registration or extensive experience at a deputy manager level.
