Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability. This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their residential care and supported living services in the Evesham area.

The Registered Manager in Evesham will:

  • Lead established staff teams across multiple sites.
  • Hold registration for a registered care setting.
  • Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement person centred support across the services.

The Registered Manager in Evesham will need:

  • Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of leading care and support teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC fundamental standards.
  • Ideally held registration or extensive experience at a deputy manager level.
