Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability. This provider has an opportunity for a candidate with supervisory experience in the care or support sector to join them as a Deputy Support Manager for their service in the Evesham area.
The Deputy Support Manager in Evesham will:
- Mentor an existing and established staff team.
- Provide direct support to individuals with a Learning Disability.
- Rota management.
- Audits.
- Supervisions and appraisals.
- Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence.
The Deputy Support Manager in Evesham will need:
- Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability.
- Level 3 Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
- Experience of supervising care/support staff.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and care regulations.
- Good communication and IT skills.
