Forest Care Selection are working with a leading care and support provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a well-established, learning disabilities service in the Dover area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a respected residential care home supporting people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism, with the backing of a progressive provider that values quality, development and person-centred care.
As Registered Manager, you will
- Take the lead in running an established residential care home for people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism.
- Inspire, support and develop an experienced team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders.
To be considered, you will need
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability service, residential care or supported living setting.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification.
- A strong track record of leading, motivating and developing staff teams.
