Forest Care Selection are currently working with a specialist provider of Mental Health and ABI services. This innovative provider has an opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join them and oversee their newly commissioned specialist nursing home in the Dartford area.
The Clinical Lead in Dartford will:
- Assist in the running and commissioning of this newly refurbished service with the Home Manager.
- Lead a multidisciplinary staff team and ensure the team are effectively trained, motivated and resourced to provide the very highest standards of care.
- Ensure medication is administered as prescribed.
- Facilitate and coordinate treatment plans.
- Be conversant with the Mental Health Act 1983 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
The Clinical Lead in Dartford will need:
- Experience of holding a nurse management role in a Mental Health service or nursing home setting.
- Nursing qualification with active PIN RGN/RMN.
- Strong leadership skills and experience of managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
