Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative regional provider of high quality residential care settings for the Elderly. This provider is seeking a Care Home Manager to commission and oversee their newly acquired residential care home in the Newport area. This is a unique opportunity to commission a new service and lead the home to opening and its further development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the commissioning of a new home from refurbishment to opening including hiring of staff team.
- Ensure the homes compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Work inline with budget and occupancy requirements.
- Train, develop and motivate the staff team to deliver the very highest standards of care.
Qualifications
- Experience of leading and holding registration for a residential care setting for the Elderly.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Benefits/Compensation
The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of £52,000 plus a potential bonus of £12,500 and the chance to develop a home from refurbishment to opening.
