Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading care provider with operations across the country. This innovative provider has an opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join them and assist in the running of their established care and nursing home for the Elderly and individuals with Dementia in the Blackpool area.

The Deputy Nursing Home Manager in Blackpool will:

  • Assist in the running of the home and deputise for the home manager.
  • Ensure effective medication management.
  • Provide clinical oversight and governance.
  • Lead, in collaboration with the Clinical Lead, an established staff team and ensure the team are effectively trained, motivated and resourced to provide the very highest standards of care.

The Deputy Nursing Home Manager in Blackpool will need:

  • Experience of holding a nurse management or supervisory role in a care/nursing home setting.
  • Nursing qualification with active PIN RGN/RMN.
