Forest Care Selection have a unique opportunity for a Day Service Manager for a unique provider in the North Hampshire area. This role will oversee the organisations day service for individuals with a Learning Disability and is based at their central head office.
The Day Service Manager in North Hampshire will:
- Work 8:30am – 4:30pm to ensure the day service is ready to receive service users and ensure the day centre’s activities are completed.
- Create and maintain a service delivering person centred support that builds skills and promotes independence.
- Lead an established staff team to deliver high standards and meaningful outcomes for the individuals that access the service.
The Day Service Manager in North Hampshire will need:
- Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability in a support, care or learning environment.
- Proficient IT Skills including MS Office.
The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of up to £30,000 and the opportunity to work with an innovative care and support provider.
