What You’ll Do
- Support the North Devon beat team to keep forests safe and welcoming for visitors by conducting inspections, carrying out minor repairs, and providing a visible presence.
- Communicate and engage stakeholders, telling our story positively and proactively, and facilitate a range of opportunities.
- Manage compliance, drive engagement with local stakeholders, and support the project lead with operational planning and delivery as required for sustainable forest management, woodland creation, and forest wilding projects.
Where You’ll Work
The West England Forest District team manages 38,500ha of the Nation’s Forests. The role is based at Cookworthy Office near Halwill, Devon.
