We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to join a successful and supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Role
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding buyers through the entire purchasing journey, delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers.
- Conducting site and show home tours.
- Managing the sales process from enquiry to reservation.
- Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system.
- Achieving sales targets and conversion objectives.
- Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standard.
- Providing market feedback and competitor insights.
