An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a growing housebuilder on one of their attractive developments in Lincolnshire on a part‑time basis.
This role would suit someone looking for greater flexibility whilst remaining within the New Homes sector. Whether you're an experienced New Homes Sales professional or come from a strong Estate Agency or Property Sales background, this could be an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills within a supportive and customer‑focused environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring every purchaser receives an exceptional buying experience.
The Role
- Managing the customer journey from enquiry through to completion
- Conducting development and show home tours
- Generating and following up sales leads
- Securing reservations and progressing sales
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and estate agents
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales reports
- Monitoring local market activity and competitor developments
- Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to a high standard
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs
The Person
- A strong background within Estate Agency, Property Sales or Residential Property
- Proven track record of delivering sales results
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong organisational and administration abilities
- Professional and customer‑focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Supportive team environment
