Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team and develop a long-term career within the property industry. The Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is keen to learn and develop within a fast-paced sales environment. You will support the sales team across multiple developments while learning the full sales process from enquiry through to completion. Over time, you will progress into a fully-fledged Sales Advisor role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations across developments
- Greeting customers and assisting with initial enquiries
- Learning how to conduct viewings and site tours
- Following up on leads and maintaining the customer database
