This is an exciting opportunity to join a 5-star developer renowned for building high-specification homes and creating thriving new communities across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire.
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of the development — guiding customers through their homebuying journey, from first enquiry to handing over the keys to their dream home.
💼 What’s on Offer
- £28,000 basic salary

- Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs
- Delivering exceptional service from enquiry to completion
- Guiding buyers through every step of the purchase process
- Managing reservations, paperwork, and compliance efficiently
- Maintaining show homes and presentation standards to the highest level
