An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and ambitious privately owned housebuilder on a development in Livingston. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a business with significant future growth plans and a strong pipeline of developments across Scotland. You'll be working on a high-profile development consisting of premium new build homes and refurbishment properties, with house prices ranging from approximately £300,000 – £650,000.

The business is looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion.

The Role

  • Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to legal completion
  • Conducting show home and development tours with prospective purchasers
  • Following up leads and converting enquiries into reservations
  • Managing plot progression and contract chasing
  • Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and internal departments
  • Upselling customer extras and options
  • Ensuring the development and sales environment are maintained to a high standard
  • Working closely with site and management teams
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' New Homes Sales experience preferred
  • Strong track record within a target-driven environment
  • Professional, polished, and customer-focused
  • Commercially aware and highly motivated
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident managing the full sales process independently
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

Package & Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £34,000 DOE
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Commission paid at £500 - £1,000 per plot
  • 50% paid on exchange / 50% on completion
