Salary: Pro Rata Salary circa £30,000 DOE OTE: Pro Rata OTE £50,000+
Working Pattern: 2 or 3 days per week (including weekends)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring every purchaser receives an exceptional buying experience.
The Role
- Managing the customer journey from enquiry through to completion
- Conducting development and show home tours
- Generating and following up sales leads
- Securing reservations and progressing sales
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and estate agents
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales reports

The Person
- Previous New Homes Sales experience, or

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
