You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full home buying journey, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout.

The Role

  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion
  • Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service at all stages of the journey
  • Negotiating sales and supporting customers through to exchange and completion
  • Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing all required administration
  • Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets

About You

  • Experience within new homes sales or estate agency
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to close sales
  • Well-presented, professional, and personable
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • A team player with a proactive and motivated approach

Package & Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £30,000
  • OTE £50,000+
  • £400 per plot (uncapped)
  • £300 on exchange / £100 on completion
  • £400 on over-budget plots
  • £50 per NHBC survey
  • Quarterly bonus up to £3,000 (£12,000 annually)
  • 5% commission on extras (uncapped)
