Customer Care Technician | North East | Up to £36,000
We’re currently working with a leading UK housebuilder who are looking for an experienced Customer Care Technician to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled multi-trade professional with experience within new build housing, maintenance or customer care.
🔨 The Role:
- Attend new build properties to investigate and resolve customer defects
- Complete a range of multi-trade repairs and remedial works
- Carry out snagging and finishing works to a high standard
- Liaise professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer serviceManage your own workload and appointments across multiple developments
- Ensure works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and workmanship
👷 About You:
- Previous experience as a Customer Care Technician, Multi-Trader, Maintenance Operative or similar
- Strong knowledge of general building and maintenance works
- Skilled across multiple trades – ideally joinery, carpentry, plastering, plumbing and decorating
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- New homes experience is highly desirable, but open to other profiles
