We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading UK housebuilder for a Customer Services Coordinator to join their brand new office in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous housebuilding, construction or housing association experience who can come into the role and hit the ground running. You will join a busy and supportive customer services team. The role is primarily office based, with occasional flexibility to work from home depending on team requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal effectively and within agreed timescales with all incoming customer communications including telephone calls, emails and messages
  • Ensure all customer interactions and updates are accurately recorded on the internal system in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and schedule customer service activity with internal departments and subcontractors
  • Support homeowners with queries relating to their new homes, ensuring a high level of customer care throughout
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the wider customer services team
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers, colleagues and contractors at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within housebuilding, construction, property or housing association customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
