The Role
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring an exceptional buying experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the sales process from enquiry to legal completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buyer journey
- Conducting site tours and property viewings
- Generating and securing sales to achieve targets and KPIs
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the development, local area, and competitors
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments
- Managing CRM systems and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant
