Due to continued growth and new developments, they are now looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join their successful sales team.
The Role
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring an exceptional buying experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the sales process from enquiry to legal completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buyer journey
- Conducting site tours and property viewings
- Generating and securing sales to achieve targets and KPIs
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the development, local area, and competitors
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments
- Managing CRM systems and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant
- Ensuring the marketing suite and show homes are presented to a high standard
- Following up leads and proactively generating new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience within New Homes Sales is essential
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, driven, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
- Full UK driving licence preferred
