An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a growing housebuilder with developments across Lincolnshire. This role would suit an ambitious sales professional who enjoys delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion. The successful candidate will work across two attractive developments in the region, providing support where required and helping drive sales performance.

The Role

  • Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Conducting development and show home tours
  • Generating and following up sales leads
  • Securing reservations and progressing sales through to legal completion
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and estate agents
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and sales reports
  • Monitoring local market activity and competitor developments
  • Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to a high standard
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs

The Person

  • Previous New Homes Sales experience, or
  • A strong background within Estate Agency, Property Sales or Residential Property
  • A proven track record of delivering sales results
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and administration abilities
  • The ability to manage the full sales process independently
  • A professional and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
