I'm delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a 5-star national housebuilder for an exciting opportunity at a stunning development in Bedford. This role is perfect for someone with new homes sales experience, but we're also keen to speak with candidates from an estate agency, luxury retail, or premium customer service background who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The Role
As the face of the development, you'll guide customers through their home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation, providing a first-class experience every step of the way while achieving sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in new homes sales, estate agency, luxury sales, or a customer-focused sales environment
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- A confident, professional, and personable approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve results
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
What's on Offer
- £30,000 basic salary
- £55,000 OTE

- Thursday to Monday working pattern (weekend work required)
