Based in Guildford, Surrey, Foresight Sports Europe is one of the fastest growing technology companies in the golf industry today. Thanks to the ongoing growth of the business, we are seeking a passionate, driven, talented, organised, and knowledgeable Graphic Designer. You will be involved in the day-to-day marketing output of the company with particular emphasis placed on ensuring our brand and product message is communicated effectively across all platforms. You will have worked in the golf industry and golf or sporting knowledge is essential.

You will have a passion for graphic design and join our small but growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have had a broad experience in all areas of digital marketing with a creative flair as we look to drive our content to the next level.

The position will be well-supported, but we also look for autonomy, curiosity and self-drive. We are looking for someone with solid graphic design & social media experience and an understanding of social account management and the importance of performance metrics.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be the go-to person in the business for all design creation, taking ideas and concepts and turning them into finished pieces whether this be an email campaign, advert or printed brochure.

Your key responsibilities

  • Designing brochures, adverts, newsletters and POS
  • Producing social media assets & online banners
  • Involvement in creating and developing other OGT brands and associated materials
  • Updating brand guidelines and organising media library’s
  • Creating, managing and tracking email campaigns
  • Delivering creative concepts, design and art-working across all media
  • Coordination and execution of social campaigns mapped into wider content schedule
  • Daily social management/engagement of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn YouTube including scheduling of posts
  • Regular monitoring of social performance including keeping up with trends/competitors
  • Development of other social media platforms as required
  • Supporting our paid social amplification strategy
  • Managing multiple tasks at once and keeping progress visible at all times
  • Any other additional duties within the marketing team environment as required
  • Working as part of a team to deliver the core monthly marketing output of the company.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience working in a digital/design role
  • Proven experience in social media from either personal or at brand
  • Excellent Email, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator skills
  • Creative flair with the ability to produce, develop and execute concepts
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
  • Experienced in use a social media management system or tool
  • An in-depth understanding of industry trends
  • A friendly, positive, outgoing approach to life and work
  • Good time management and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good grasp of all social media platforms
  • A passion for golf, the golf industry, and technology within golf
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaborative approach, but confident working under your own steam
