Salary: Up to £53,000 + £5,000 car allowance + benefits

Site Manager – The Role

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Assistant Site Manager who has been operating at a high level and is now ready to step up into a full Site Manager position.

You will be part of the site leadership team on a large, multi-phase residential development, working on a long-term programme with strong support and clear structure. The scheme includes a mix of open market and affordable housing, with a combination of traditional build and timber frame construction.

Working closely with a highly experienced Senior Site Manager, you will take increasing ownership of day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor coordination, quality control, programme delivery and health & safety. This is an excellent environment to develop as a Site Manager on a major project rather than being thrown in unsupported.

Site Manager – The Person

• Currently an Assistant Site Manager or Junior Site Manager on residential new build projects
• Comfortable running plots and sections independently and coordinating multiple trades
• Experience with either traditional build and/or timber frame construction
• Ambitious, driven and keen to progress your career quickly within a large, professional housebuilder
• Looking for a long-term project where you can grow rather than a senior or end-of-career role
• Quality and process focused, with strong site organisation skills
