The Company:
Our client is a successful, fast growing main contractor based in Bristol, specialising in a variety of fitout and refurbishment projects across Commercial sectors. Projects are currently between £100k - £5m in value generally in the Bristol/Bath areas.
The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to run varied refurbishment jobs from £100k - £4m. You will be responsible for leading the day to day aspects of the project working closely with a Project or Contracts Manager. Each further project will be varied and the company is able to offer excellent career progression for hard working, loyal individuals.
The Person:
- You will have solid experience with either a national or regional main contractor
- SMSTS/First Aid/CSCS
- Demonstrable experience of delivering refurbishment and fitout projects to programme
- Experience in construction/building
- Trade background
- Proven experience in managing sub-contractors and direct work-force
- High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
- A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
