Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Branch Manager to lead their established Fire Protection business across South Wales and the South West. Already generating approximately £3.5 million turnover, the business has an excellent reputation, a secure pipeline of framework work and ambitious plans for expansion into wider commercial and public sector markets. This is a genuine opportunity to join a stable, financially strong business where you can make a real impact while progressing into a larger regional leadership position over time.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position with full operational and commercial responsibility for the regional Fire Protection business. You’ll lead an established team of operational staff and commercial professionals, ensuring project delivery and performance.
