Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Company Vehicle / allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus

A leading property services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of social housing retrofit and decarbonisation projects across South Wales. The business has secured a significant pipeline of work with housing associations and local authority clients, delivering energy efficiency improvements and refurbishment programmes designed to improve existing housing stock and reduce carbon emissions. With continued growth across the region, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and forward-thinking contractor operating in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the construction industry.

As Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of multiple live projects across South Wales, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest standards. Typical works include:

  • External Wall Insulation (EWI) / Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)
  • Window and door replacement
  • Roofing and roof insulation / Loft insulation
  • Underfloor insulation
  • Heating and energy efficiency upgrades
  • General refurbishment and retrofit improvements
