Title: Site Manager – Retrofit\\n\\nLocation: Bristol/Gloucestershire\\n\\nSalary: £40,000-£45,000 + car + fuel card + 15-20% bonus\\n\\nSector: Retrofit, building upgrades (Social Housing)\\n\\nStart Date: ASAP\\n\\nSite Manager – The Role:\\n\\nOur client is a successful national property services contractor with an established reputation across the UK. Typical projects are retrofit upgrades to Social Housing properties to include: windows, doors, loft insulation, wall insulation, under floor insulation. You will be responsible for leading the day to day delivery across two projects , managing sub-contractors and operatives across a couple of projects at once.
