Title: Contracts Manager Location: Bristol/North Somerset Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + car + benefits Sector: Refurbishment projects £100k – £1m Start Date: ASAP The Company: Our client is a successful and growing main contractor based near Bristol, specialising in a variety projects across new build and refurbishment. Projects are typically across all general contracting sectors, including: Commercial, Residential apartments, public Sector and Education/University sectors. Typical projects range from £100k up to £1m. Contracts Manager – The Role: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager/Project Manager or existing Contracts Manager to join the team based from the Bristol office but roaming across projects (typically 2-3 at any one time) You will be responsible for leading the overall delivery of contracts via site based Site Managers. The role will report to an Operations Manager and will h ave excellent opportunity for growth. Without a dedicated QS, you will be commercially astute.
