Project Manager - The Company

Our client is a leading privately owned main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering large-scale, high-specification construction projects across the South West. With a strong pipeline of secured work in Bristol, the company delivers major new build developments across the residential, mixed-use sectors, typically ranging from £50m - £100m+.

This is not a sitting-back role. The business wants somebody energetic, commercially aware, technically strong and capable of taking ownership across both site delivery and project management functions. Longer term, there is genuine opportunity for the successful individual to step into a lead project role within the business.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong IT, reporting and programming capability
  • Ability to lead meetings and coordinate multiple stakeholders confidently
  • High energy approach with strong site presence
  • Commercially and operationally aware
  • Career-driven individual looking to progress further

  • Excellent salary and package
  • Long-term Bristol-based work
